Payment Timelines by Plan
The average payment cycle depends on your payment processor.
Card Payments (Debit or Credit) - 1 business day from transaction date
ACH Payments (Bank) - 2 business days from transaction date
These timelines include the time it takes for our payment partner, Rainforest, to receive funds from your client and process the payout to your connected bank.
If you're still using our legacy payment processor, Stripe, your payment cycle will take 3–7 business days. This method will soon be phased out to ensure everyone benefits from the quickest processing times possible.
