The average payment cycle depends on your payment processor. For users processing payments through our new payments partner, Rainforest see plan details below:
Flex Plan:
ACH deposits in 2 business days
Card deposits as fast as 3 business days
Business Pro Plan:
ACH deposits in 2 business days, with upgrade eligibility to 1 business day with consistent usage
Credit card deposits as fast as next business day
These timelines only include the time it takes for our payment partner, to charge your client and process the funds for deposit. Your banking institutions may have different timeline for releasing the deposit into your account.
If you're still using our legacy payment processor, Stripe, your payment cycle will take 3–7 business days. This method will soon be phased out to ensure everyone benefits from the quickest processing times possible.
