To access your chat history, follow the steps below depending on your device:
💻 On Desktop
Log in to your Handoff account.
Click the Support button (above the ⚙️ icon) in the bottom-left corner of the page.
A chat window will appear in the bottom-right corner. Click Messages at the bottom of the pop-up.
You’ll see a list of your previous conversations, including the date and time of each.
To view a full chat or save a copy:
Click the ⋯ menu in the top-right of the chat box (next to the ❌ button).
Select Expand window for a larger view, or Download transcript to save a copy of the conversation.
📱 On Mobile
Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-left corner of your screen.
Scroll down to Contact Support under the Team and Account section.
Tap Messages to view your full chat history.
🔒 Important Notes
Your chat history is linked to the Handoff account you’re currently logged into.
If you used a different account, email, or weren’t logged in during the chat, that conversation won’t appear in your history.
Chat transcripts can only be downloaded from the desktop version of the app.
If you’re having trouble accessing previous chat conversations with our support team, there might be a few reasons why:
You weren’t logged into your Handoff account during the chat.
You used a different email address than before.
You’re on a different browser or device.
