Create a Proposal from an Estimate
Open an estimate.
Tap Convert (the convert button in the top nav).
Select Proposal.
A proposal is created from the estimate. You can edit the proposal view, add client information, attach terms and conditions, and customize the layout.
Send the Proposal
Tap Preview & send.
Confirm or add your client’s information.
Tap Send and choose Email or SMS.
The client receives a link to view and accept the proposal online.
Proposal States
Draft — Not yet sent
Sent — Sent to client, awaiting response
Approved — Client has accepted
Canceled — Marked as canceled
What Clients See
Clients receive a link to a clean, professional proposal page. They can review the scope, pricing, and terms, then tap Accept proposal (and sign if required) directly from their device — no app download needed.
