Step-by-Step Guide
Access and Edit the Proposal:
From the Estimates home screen, tap on any project in the top center.
Switch from "Estimate" to "Proposals" using the top toggle.
At the top, locate the "Header" and "Company Details" box (which contains your logo and business address) and tap on the three dots.
Select "Edit".
Retype the new phone number.
Click "Done" and then "Save".
How to Change the Phone Number for Account Login
To change the phone number for logging into your account:
Contact Support
Tap on your initials icon in the top left corner of the app.
Click "Contact Support" and then "Chat with Us".
Request the Change
In the chat message, explain that you need your account phone number changed.
Type: "I need my account phone number changed."
Click "Send" and a support representative will assist you.
