Here’s a quick walkthrough of how to change your logo on Handoff. Your company logo is important as it represents your brand and appears on any proposals you send out to clients. You can update your logo in two places: settings and the proposal editing screen.

  1. Change Logo in Settings:

    • Click on "Settings."

    • You will see your company name and current logo. For example, "Acme Construction" with an old Acme logo.

    • Click on "Edit Logo" at the top center of your screen. This should be highlighted when you hover over it.

    • On computers, this will open your file finder. Navigate to your photos or wherever your logos are stored.

    • Select your updated logo and upload it. The new logo will be saved and used for any new or existing estimates.

  2. Verify Logo Change:

    • To double-check, toggle from "Estimate" to "Proposal" at the top of the screen.

    • You should see your new logo in the proposal view.

    • Click "Preview and Send" in the top right corner to see the proposal preview page and ensure the logo is correctly displayed.

    • To export as PDF, click the three dots in the top right corner, then click "Export as PDF." This is useful for sending the proposal as an email attachment. Your logo should be correctly sized and shown in the export.

  3. Change Logo in Proposal Editing Page:

    • From any estimate, use the toggle at the top to switch to the proposal view.

    • In the proposal view, click anywhere in the header section or the three dots on the right to edit your company information.

    • Click "Edit Logo" below the logo to replace it with a new photo of your choice.

    • Remember that it is not possible to delete the logo once it has been added. If that's the case you'll have the option just to edit it.

These steps apply to mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
