How Do I Delete My Account Completely?

Delete Your Handoff Account

Overview

You can permanently delete your Handoff account from the Settings screen.

Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data. This action cannot be undone.


How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.

  3. Tap Delete account.

  4. Review the warning message.

  5. Type delete my account in the confirmation field.

  6. Tap Delete.

You will see a confirmation message once your account has been successfully deleted.


Before You Delete

  • Cancel your subscription first
    Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
    Go to Settings → Subscription and cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

  • Export your data
    Download or export any estimates, proposals, or invoices you need before deleting your account.
    Deleted data cannot be recovered.


Free Trial

If you are on a free trial and want to stop using Handoff, no action is required.

Handoff does not collect payment information during the free trial, so you will not be charged when the trial ends.
