If you are looking to end your seven-day free trial with Handoff, no action is necessary. Handoff does not collect any payment information during the free trial period, so no charges will occur. You can simply take no action, and the app will not process any charges.

However, if you want to completely delete your account, you can do so from the settings. Here’s how:

  1. Important Warning:

    • Deleting your account will result in the deletion of all saved information, including estimates, clients, invoices, signatures, attachments, and any other data associated with your account.

    • This action is irreversible, and even if you sign up again, we cannot restore your previous data. Please ensure you no longer need this information before proceeding.

  2. Steps to Delete Your Account:

    • On the Mobile App:

      • Click the avatar in the top left corner to access settings.

      • Scroll down to the bottom and select "Delete Account."

      • A confirmation sheet will appear, explaining that all data will be deleted and this action cannot be undone.

      • Type the phrase "delete my account" in the provided field.

      • Click "Delete" to finalize the deletion.

Once your account is deleted, you will be returned to the sign-up screen. All your private information, previous estimates, invoices, and clients will be permanently deleted and will no longer exist in the system.
