To update your company details, open Settings > Company settings and edit the fields in Company Information. Your changes save on their own, and the logo and brand color live in the Brand card.
Available on the Flex, Pro, Scale, and Business plans. The Brand card is on the Pro and Scale plans. You need permission to edit Company settings. Works on desktop and in the mobile app.
Open Company settings
Open Settings (your company logo at the bottom left on desktop, or the button at the top left in the mobile app).
Select Company settings.
Edit your company information
In the Company Information card, change any of these fields:
Company Name: required.
License: optional.
Email: must be a valid address.
Phone number
Company address: start typing, then select a suggestion.
There is no Save button. A text field saves when you leave it, if the value changed and is valid. The address saves when you select a suggestion, and clearing the box removes it.
Your company name, contact details, and license show on proposals, invoices, and documents. Without permission to edit Company settings, the fields are read-only.
Add or change your logo
In the Brand card, select Edit Logo and choose a JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, or AVIF file up to 10 MB. SVG files aren't supported. To remove it, select Delete Logo.
On plans without the Brand card, manage the logo at the top of Settings, where Add your logo appears until you upload one. Handoff shows your logo on proposals, invoices, documents, the client portal, and emails to clients. Without a logo, Handoff shows your initials.
Choose your brand color and fonts
In the Brand card, set the Color used for buttons, links, and highlights. Select Generate from reference to pick a color from your logo, your company website, or an image. You can also choose fonts for Titles and Text.
The Brand card saves automatically. Drafts and proposals you send afterward use the new brand. Proposals you already sent keep the brand they went out with.
Change company details on one proposal
In a proposal built with the proposal builder, open the Header block, find the Prepared by card, and select Edit details. The Company details dialog changes that proposal only. It does not change your company settings.
