How Do I Change My Company Details?

Change your license #, email, phone, company name.

Your company information appears on every proposal and invoice you send through Handoff. Keep it up to date to ensure your documents look professional and include the right contact details.


How to Update Company Details

  1. Go to Settings → Company settings.

  2. Under Company Information, update any of the following fields:

    • Company Name

    • License

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Company address

  3. Changes are saved automatically when you tap outside the field or move to the next one.

Note: Company Information is displayed on proposals and invoices.

Company Logo

Your company logo appears in the header of your proposals and invoices. To add or update your logo, look for the logo upload option on the Company settings screen or within the Document header settings.

Where Company Details Appear

  • Proposals — Your company name, logo, and contact info appear in the proposal header.

  • Invoices — Same as proposals.

  • Documents — When the company header is enabled in a document, it pulls from Company settings.

Tips

  • Adding your license number is especially important for contractors — many clients and insurance companies require it on proposals.

  • Use a business email address rather than a personal one so clients can easily identify who the document is from.
