How Do I Change My Company Details?

Here’s a quick guide on how to change your company details for proposals you send through Handoff:

  1. Changing Company Information in Settings:

    • Access Settings: From your Estimates screen, click the top left avatar to go to your settings. Click on "Settings."

    • Edit Information: In the settings, you can change the name of your company, your name, your email address, your company location, and your saved files. This is also where you can attach common files that you frequently send with proposals.

  2. Changing Information on Proposals:

    • Access an Estimate: From your estimates dashboard, click into any estimate.

    • Toggle to Proposal View: At the top of the page, use the toggle to switch from the estimate view to the proposal view.

    • Edit Company Information: Under the header in the proposal view, you will see your company information, including your company name, email, phone number, license number, and logo. Click the three dots on the right to edit this information.

    • Update Details: Edit the information as needed, such as changing the email address or phone number that you want to display to your client. For example, if you signed up with a personal phone number but want to display a business number, this is the place to make that change.

    • Save Changes: Click "Save" in the top right corner to save the updated information.

  3. Verifying and Sending Proposals:

    • Preview Changes: Click "Preview and Send" to check your final proposal form and verify that the updated company information is displayed correctly to your client.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your proposals reflect the most current and accurate information for your company.
