Handoff lets you require a digital signature before a client can accept a proposal. Signatures are configured in your Proposal Presets.
Enable Required Signatures
Go to Settings → Presets.
Select the Proposals tab.
Scroll to the Require signature toggle and turn it on.
Once enabled, all new proposals will require the client to sign before they can tap Accept proposal.
What the Client Sees
When a client opens a proposal that requires a signature:
They review the proposal details and pricing.
They are prompted to add their signature (type or draw).
After signing, they can tap Accept proposal.
Notes
The signature setting applies to new proposals going forward. Existing sent proposals are not affected.
Editing the Proposals preset requires the AI Settings permission. If the toggle is read-only, ask your admin to update your role.
You can also offer financing on the same proposals preset screen.
