Troubleshooting Invoice Access

If you're having trouble accessing the invoicing feature in Handoff, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Check Your Subscription Tier

- Invoicing is only available on the Business tier

- Look for a green crown icon next to "Invoices" to confirm your tier

- If on Starter tier, upgrade to Business tier for access

2. Connect Your Bank Account

- If you see a green banner saying "Connect your bank account to send invoices," this is normal

- Click the plus sign to create a new invoice

- Follow the prompts to connect your bank account through Rainforest

- You'll need to provide basic business information and an EIN or SSN

3. Missing Invoices Tab

- If you're on the Business tier but don't see the Invoices tab, there may be an account issue

- Contact Handoff support for assistance

Key Points:

- Invoicing allows customers to pay via credit card, debit card, or ACH

- Connecting your bank account is required to receive payments

- Rainforest is the secure payment processor used by Handoff
