You can manage your Handoff email and push notification preferences directly in the app under Account settings.
How to Update Notification Settings
Go to Settings → Account settings.
Scroll down to the Notifications section.
Use the toggles to turn individual notification types on or off for each channel:
SMS — text message alerts
Email — email notifications
App — browser and mobile push notifications
You can also use the Toggle all switch at the top of each channel column to turn all notifications on or off for that channel at once.
Unsubscribing from Emails via Email Link
You can also unsubscribe from Handoff marketing and notification emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Handoff email. This will adjust your email preferences for that category of email.
Note on Transactional Emails
Some emails — like proposal notifications or payment receipts sent to your clients — are sent on your behalf and cannot be disabled here. Those are triggered by actions you take in the app (e.g. sending a proposal).
