Adding client information to your proposals in Handoff is quick and simple. Here's how:
Open your estimate
Toggle to proposal view at the top of the screen
Click "Add Client"
Enter client details or select from your contacts
Adding a New Client:
Enter name, phone, address, and email
Click "Add as new client"
Using Your Phone Contacts:
Click the phone icon at the top of the "Add Client" screen
Select a contact to automatically fill in their information
Changing Clients:
Click "Reassign" to select a different client for your proposal
Remember, the client will see the proposal exactly as it appears on your screen. You can adjust the layout and details before sending.
