There are two ways to change your email in Handoff, depending on your needs:

1. Changing Account Email

This affects your login and account information.

  1. On mobile, tap the circular avatar with your company initials in the top left corner.

  2. Select "Settings."

  3. Scroll down to "Email."

  4. Tap on your current email to change it.

Note: This change will update the email displayed on your estimates, proposals, and invoices.

2. Changing Display Email for Proposals

This allows you to show a different email on proposals while keeping your account email separate.

  1. Open a proposal.

  2. Toggle the estimate to a proposal at the top center.

  3. Tap the top box to edit company details.

  4. Change the email address to your preferred display email (EX: [email protected]).

  5. Save your changes.

This method allows you to maintain a personal account email (EX: [email protected]) while displaying a different email on proposals (EX: [email protected])
