My Client Didn't Receive The Proposal Email Or Text

If your client didn't receive the proposal, follow these steps:

  1. Test the system: • Create a new estimate and convert to a proposal • Add yourself as a client • Email and text the estimate to yourself • If you receive both, Handoff's system is working

  2. Use the share option as a fail-safe: • Go to the sent proposal • Tap the three dots in the top right • Find the "Share" option • Copy the proposal link • Paste it into an email or text to your client

  • Note:

    • Email is generally more reliable than text, as texts can get spam blocked.

    • Often, clients may overlook the email or text in their inbox. Try to get them on the phone once you've sent it to have them look right away.
