Handoff is built for contractors in the United States, so outside the US you'll run into limits on currency, units, phone numbers, and addresses. The sections below explain each one.

Prices are in US dollars and units are imperial
Handoff shows every amount in US dollars. There is no currency setting. Measurements use imperial units, such as feet and square feet, and there is no metric option.
Tax is a single rate that you enter yourself.
Phone numbers must be US-format
Phone fields accept 10-digit US-format numbers. You can't enter a number with another country's format for a client or team member.
You can sign in with a phone code, an email link, or Google sign-in. If your phone number isn't accepted, sign in with an email link.
Addresses and price location are US only
Address search on projects finds US addresses only. Handoff rejects a device location outside the US for pricing.
To price an estimate, select Set price location in the Ask Handy box and choose a US location. Handy uses US material costs and labor rates for that location.
Language
Handoff is available in English and Spanish. To switch, select Settings > Language, then choose English or Español. Your clients' pages have their own language menu.
