Yes! Handoff integrates with QuickBooks Online to sync your estimates, invoices, and clients — keeping your financial records up to date without double-entry.
For other construction management platforms (BuilderTrend, Jobber, Joist, JobTread, Houzz Pro, ProCore, etc.), Handoff does not currently offer direct integrations.
QuickBooks Online Integration
The QuickBooks integration syncs three types of data:
Estimate Sync
Sync estimates from Handoff to QuickBooks. When you finalize an estimate in Handoff, it is automatically pushed to QuickBooks Online.
Direction: Handoff → QuickBooks
Invoice Sync
Sync invoices from Handoff to QuickBooks. When you create or send an invoice in Handoff, it is pushed to QuickBooks Online.
Direction: Handoff → QuickBooks
Client Sync
Clients are synced between Handoff and QuickBooks in both directions. When you add a client in either app, they appear in both.
Direction: Two-way (always on)
How to Connect QuickBooks
Go to Settings.
Tap QuickBooks sync.
Tap Connect and follow the QuickBooks authorization flow.
Once connected, use the toggles to turn Estimate sync and Invoice sync on or off as needed.
Finance & Payments
For online payment collection, Handoff also integrates with Rainforest Pay. This lets you accept credit/debit card and ACH bank transfers directly from your invoices. See How Do I Set Up Payments with Rainforest in Handoff? for setup instructions.
