How Do I Estimate Multiple Areas, Units, Or Rooms?

Handoff allows you to create estimates for multiple areas of a project, such as different rooms, phases, or units. This feature is useful for projects involving multiple spaces or stages.

NOTE: Throughout this guide, replace the bolded example room names with your areas and your scopes. This might be Apt Units A B C, Floors 4 5 6, Bathrooms 1 and 2, Buildings X and Y, etc.

Here's how to use it:

1- Start an Estimate with AI by describing your first area, such as a bathroom remodel

2- Consolidate items into a single group with AI:

-Edit with AI, and say: "consolidate all items into a group called Bathroom 1"

-The AI will reorganize your estimate accordingly.

3- Add 1 new group for the next area, with AI

-Type "add a new group called Bathroom 2. Add items for a complete gut and rebuild of a 10x10 bathroom.

4- Repeat Step 3 for each area you want to include in your estimate.
