Update Your Company Logo

Your logo is a key part of your brand and will appear on every proposal you send. You can upload or change your logo from Settings or directly within a proposal.

From Settings

  1. Click the Settings icon.

  2. At the top, find your company name and current logo.

  3. Select Edit Logo → upload your new logo file.

  4. The logo will update automatically across all existing and future proposals.

From a Proposal

  1. Open an estimate → toggle to Proposal view.

  2. Click the header section or use the ⋮ menu to edit company info.

  3. Select Edit Logo → upload your new file.

Note: Logos can’t be fully deleted once uploaded — only updated.

Update Business & Account Information

Access General Settings

  1. Go to SettingsGeneral settings.

  2. Here you can edit:

    • Company Information: Name, email, phone, address, contractor license.

    • Account Information: Your login info (name, email, phone).

    • Global Files: Upload commonly used documents (click + Add Files).

Changes save automatically and appear on all proposals/invoices.

Enable Supplier Pricing

You can also enable supplier information from your Settings to select between your preferred supplier vendor (e.g. Home Depot or Lowe’s).

When enabled, Handoff combines supplier product data with our proprietary cost database to give you accurate pricing:

  • Covers labor, materials, equipment, and more

  • Adjusted by region, project type, and job size

  • Reflects what pros actually pay — not just list prices

Supplier Options

  • Only one supplier can be active at a time

  • Gaps are filled with Handoff’s own data

  • Clients never see the supplier name, only the item title

  • AI can switch suppliers for you if needed

This setup balances curated cost data with live supplier information, so you can estimate quickly without losing control.
