Click Connect Google Calendar
Choose which calendar to sync to
That's it. Your Handoff schedule phases will start appearing in Google Calendar automatically
Note: The connection is set up once per organization. You don't need to reconnect for each project.
Choosing what to sync
Once connected, you can control sync at two levels:
Per-project: Admins choose which projects sync. There's also a "Sync all" master switch and a default setting for new projects.
Per-item: Individual phases and events can be turned on or off from the schedule item editor without affecting the rest of the project.
