How to View and Navigate the Schedule Calendar

Using the Global Schedule Calendar

The global calendar gives you a high-level view of scheduled work across all your projects.

  • Click Schedule in the main navigation on the left sidebar.

  • Choose Week or Month to change the calendar view.

  • Use the arrow buttons next to the month or week title to move forward or back

  • Apply filters in the toolbar to narrow the schedule:

    • Project status to show active, completed, or other project statuses

    • Assignee to show phases assigned to specific team members

    • Type to show Phases, Events, or both

    • Click any phase in the calendar to open it and view or edit its details.

Using the Project Schedule Views on Desktop

Open a project's Schedule tab on desktop to choose from three different views.

Gantt View

Gantt view is the default desktop view. It shows all phases on a horizontal timeline as color-coded bars.

  • Open the project's Schedule tab.

  • Use the view controls to stay in Gantt view.

  • Switch between Day and Week zoom levels.

  • Drag and drop phases to reorder them.

  • Review dependency arrows to understand phase relationships.

  • Hover over a phase bar to see its name, dates, and assignees.

  • Click a phase to open it for editing.

Calendar View

Calendar view shows phases on a monthly calendar based on their start and end dates.

  • Open the project's Schedule tab.

  • Switch to Calendar view.

  • Choose Week or Month to adjust the calendar layout.

  • Click any phase to open it for editing.

List view

Shows all schedule items in rows and supports inline editing.

  • Open the project's Schedule tab.

  • Switch to List view.

  • Edit schedule details directly in each row, including:

    • Title

    • Dates

    • Times

    • Colors

    • Assignees

    • Dependencies

    • Descriptions

  • Drag and drop rows to reorder phases.

  • Click Edit columns to show or hide columns such as Assignee, Dependencies, and Description.

  • Review the summary row at the bottom to see the overall schedule date range.

Using the Project Schedule on Mobile

On mobile, the project schedule appears as a scrollable list grouped by month.

  • Open the project's Schedule tab on your mobile device.

  • Scroll through the monthly list to review upcoming phases.

  • Use the arrow buttons to move between months.

  • Tap any phase to open its full details.

Using Fullscreen Mode on Desktop

Fullscreen mode expands the schedule to use the full browser width.

  • Open the project's Schedule tab on desktop.

  • Click the fullscreen icon in the top-right corner of the schedule header.

  • Review the expanded schedule view with the project header and tab bar hidden.

  • Click the exit fullscreen icon to return to the standard view.

Additional Notes

  • The global calendar only shows projects that have a schedule.

  • Projects without schedules do not appear in the global calendar.

  • You need View permission on schedules to access them.

  • An admin can configure schedule permissions in role settings.
