To see every project's schedule in one place, select Schedule in the main navigation. The company Schedule page shows phases and events from every project that has a schedule. You can filter by project status, client, assignee, or type.
Available on the Pro and Scale plans. You need View permission for Schedules. Works on desktop and in the mobile app.
What the company Schedule page shows
The page combines the schedules of every project that has one. It also shows tasks with a due date and company events that belong to no project, including events from your connected Google Calendar.
To add something from this page, select Create and choose Schedule, Phase, Event, or Task. In the mobile app, select Create at the bottom. Leave the Project field empty on a phase or event to make a company event.
Switch views and filter on desktop
Select Schedule in the left navigation.
Choose Gantt or Calendar with the two icon buttons. The page opens in Calendar.
In Gantt, choose Day or Week. In Calendar, choose Week or Month.
Use the filters to narrow the page: All projects for project status, All assignees, All types, and Clients.
Select Clear all to remove every filter.
In All types, you can choose Projects, Phases, Events, or Tasks. Choose Projects to see one bar per project.
In Gantt, project rows expand to show their phases, and you can drag a project row to reorder it. Select Enter fullscreen to give the page more room.
See every schedule in the mobile app
The mobile app shows a time grid with the same projects, phases, and events.
Open Schedule.
Select the filter icon to open View & filters.
Choose Day, 3 days, or Work week under View, then filter by project status, type, or assignee.
Select Jump to today to return to the current date.
Set reminders for phases and events
You can add reminders to a phase or event. Open the item, find Notifications, and set a number and a unit of minutes, hours, days, or weeks. Each item can have up to 10 reminders.
New items start with your company's default reminders. To change the defaults, go to Settings > Company and open the Calendar notifications card. Set the defaults separately for Phases and Events.
