To view a project's schedule, open the project and go to the Schedule tab. On desktop, switch between the Gantt, Calendar, and List views. In the mobile app, you see a time grid that you change with View & filters.
Available on the Pro and Scale plans. You need View permission for Schedules. Works on desktop and in the mobile app.
View the schedule on desktop
The view switcher at the top has three icon-only buttons. The timeline icon is Gantt, the calendar icon is Calendar, and the list icon is List. The schedule opens in Gantt.
Gantt: choose Day or Week for the zoom. Hover over a bar to see its name, Start date, Target date, and Duration. Assignee avatars show on the bar.
Calendar: choose Week or Month, which is the default. Select Previous period or Next period to move, and select +N More on a busy day. Weeks start on Sunday. There is no Today button on desktop.
List: each item is a row you can edit in place or drag to reorder. A summary row for the whole schedule sits under the column headings.
To filter, use All assignees and All types, where you can choose Phases, Events, or Tasks. Select Toggle fullscreen to hide the project header and give the schedule more room.
Choose columns in List view
In List, select Edit columns. Check the columns you want, such as Assignee, Start date, or Dependencies, and select Save. Dependencies and Description are off by default.
Select Pin columns in the same dialog to keep columns in place while you scroll sideways.
View the schedule in the mobile app
The mobile app shows one view, a calendar time grid with hours down the side and all-day items in a strip at the top. Select Show more to expand the strip.
Select the arrows at the top to move forward or back. Select the date to pick a month.
Select Jump to today to return to the current date. It appears only when today is out of view.
Select the filter icon to open View & filters.
Under View, choose Day, 3 days, or Work week. Under Filter, choose an item type and assignee, or select Clear.
Select an item to open it. Select an empty spot in the grid to add a one-hour event.
See Google Calendar events on your schedule
If your company connects Google Calendar, events from your Google calendar appear on the company Schedule page as events with no project. Open one and choose a project in the Project field to move it onto that project's schedule.
An item you sync from Handoff shows a Synced to Google Calendar card in its form, with a View in Google Calendar link. Items on the Gantt, Calendar, and List have no special marker.
