Write a More Detailed Prompt
Include as much of the following as possible in your initial message:
Dimensions: Square footage, room sizes, ceiling heights
Scope of work: List every trade and task you want included (demo, framing, drywall, tile, paint, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Material specifications: Countertop type, flooring brand, cabinet style, tile size
Existing conditions: What is being demolished or retained
Level of finish: Builder-grade, mid-range, or high-end
Ask the AI to Add More Line Items
After the estimate is generated, follow up in the chat:
“Break the flooring labor into remove old carpet and install LVP as separate line items”
“Add permit fees and dumpster rental”
“List all electrical fixtures separately”
Use Groups and Rooms
