View Your Support Chat History

You can access your Handoff support chat history through the Intercom chat widget built into the app. Here is how to find it on each platform.


On Desktop

  1. Log in to your Handoff account at app.handoff.ai.

  2. Click the Support button (above the Settings icon) in the bottom-left corner of the page.

  3. The Intercom chat window will open.

  4. Click the conversation icon or Your conversations to see your previous support messages.

On Mobile

  1. Open the Handoff app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap Contact support.

  4. The support chat will open. Tap the conversation history or back arrow to browse previous conversations.

Can't Find Your Chat History?

  • Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used when you originally contacted support.

  • Chat history is tied to your Handoff account. If you used a different email or phone number, the history may be under a different account.

  • For further help, start a new chat and mention that you are looking for a previous conversation — the support team can look it up.
