Access Your Handoff Account

From the Website on a Computer:

2. Click the "Log In" button in the top right corner.

3. Enter your phone number in the center field or select email to login using your email address.

  • Handoff will send you a text message or email with a one-time password (OTP).

  • Enter the OTP to log in. No passwords are required to memorize.

  • Recommended Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

From Your Mobile Device via the App:

  1. Navigate to the Apple Store or Google Play Store

  2. Search for "Handoff AI" and download the Handoff AI app

  3. Select the "Log In" in green text

  4. Login using your phone or email.

    • If your Handoff email is the same as your Apple ID or Gmail, you can login through Apple or Google account.

Login Problems and Solutions

  1. Invalid Phone Number Error

    • Handoff only supports US phone numbers. Canadian numbers are not compatible.

    • Double-check your number for accuracy if you're certain it's a US number.

  2. Not Receiving Login Code

    • Click the "Resend" button to request a new code.

    • Check your keyboard for an auto-filled code, which may appear there.

  3. Wrong Code or Error Message

    • Try resending the code if you receive an error.

    • Persistent errors may indicate a temporary Handoff service outage.

Alternative Login Method

If the app login fails, try the following:

  1. Visit handoff.ai in your web browser.

  2. Click "Login" in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Access all Handoff features through the website.
