Handoff offers flexible subscription options to support different business needs. You can choose between monthly or annual billing, and both plans are available across all tiers.

This article explains subscription lengths, plan tiers, upgrades, and cancellation details.


Subscription Billing Options

Monthly Plan

  • Renews every 30 days

  • Can be canceled at any time

  • Access continues through the end of the paid billing period if canceled

  • No long-term commitment required

Annual Plan

  • Renews once per year

  • Paid upfront for the full year

  • Offered at a discounted rate

  • Save 20 percent compared to monthly billing


Plan Tiers

Handoff offers two subscription tiers.

Flex

Includes:

  • 50 AI credits per month

  • 2 team seats

  • 1 catalog

Pro

Includes:

  • Unlimited AI credits

  • Unlimited team seats

  • Unlimited catalogs

  • Priority support

Both Flex and Pro tiers are available on monthly or annual billing.


Upgrade or Change Your Plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing periods at any time.

To change your plan:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Subscription.

  3. Choose your new plan or billing option.

  4. Confirm your changes.


Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Subscription.

  3. Follow the cancellation steps.

Your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
