How to subscribe or upgrade your plan

Subscribe to Flex in the app, set up Pro or Scale with a product specialist, or upgrade from Flex to Pro.

Written by Handoff Support

To subscribe to Flex, open Settings, select Subscribe, choose Monthly or Annual, and select Go to checkout. To get Pro or Scale, or to upgrade from Flex to Pro, you meet with a product specialist.

Applies to all plans. You need permission to view Company settings. Works on desktop and in the mobile app.

Subscribe to Flex

  1. Open Settings (your company logo at the bottom left on desktop, or the button at the top left in the mobile app).

  2. Select Subscribe. During your free trial, the button reads Subscribe followed by the days left in your trial.

  3. In the plan picker, select Flex.

  4. Select Monthly or Annual. Annual shows Save 20%.

  5. Select Go to checkout and pay by card at checkout.

After you pay, Handoff confirms the payment and activates your subscription, which usually takes a few seconds.

If you close checkout, you see Checkout cancelled.

You can also start from the Upgrade button on the trial banner, or from the Subscribe button in the Trial expired message.

Subscribe through the App Store or Google Play

In the mobile app, an Apple or Google payment button appears when you select Monthly. Use it to subscribe through the App Store or Google Play.

These subscriptions are monthly only. For annual billing, select Go to checkout instead.

Get Pro or Scale

Pro and Scale are set up with a product specialist.

  1. In the plan picker, select Pro or Scale.

  2. Select Talk to a Product Specialist.

  3. In the Schedule a meeting window, pick a time.

Your product specialist walks you through the plan and sets up your subscription.

Upgrade from Flex to Pro

Select Settings > Subscription > Upgrade to Pro. This opens the same scheduler as Talk to a Product Specialist. You can't switch plans yourself in the app, and changes to your plan or billing period go through support.

Find your subscription after you subscribe

Settings > Subscription appears once you have an active subscription. It does not appear during your free trial or after the trial ends.
