If your client is having trouble opening or approving the proposal online, you can accept it on their behalf in a few steps.
Option 1: Use the Public Proposal Link
Open the sent proposal in Handoff.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Share. This copies the proposal link to your clipboard.
Paste the link into a new browser tab (use an incognito window to avoid being logged in as yourself, or email the link to yourself and open it from there).
You're now viewing the proposal as your client sees it. Scroll to the bottom and tap Accept.
The proposal status updates to Approved.
Option 2: Mark as Approved Directly in Handoff
Open the sent proposal.
Tap the three-dot menu and select Mark as approved.
The proposal status updates to Approved immediately — no need to go through the public link.
After Approval
Once approved, you can generate an invoice directly from the proposal using the Convert button.
