Written by Dave Pucci

To contact Handoff support, open the support chat from inside the app. On desktop, select your company logo and name at the bottom left, then select Get help. In the mobile app, open Settings and select Contact support.

Available on the Flex, Pro, Scale, and Business plans. Works on desktop and in the mobile app.

Start a support chat

  1. On desktop, select your company logo and name at the bottom left, then select Get help. You can also use Settings > HELP > Contact support.

  2. In the mobile app, select the button at the top left that shows your logo or business initials, then select Settings > HELP > Contact support.

  3. Describe your question in the support chat.

The menu that opens from the company logo and name at the bottom left on desktop, with Get help highlighted.

The support chat opens on top of Handoff. There is no floating chat button, so use the menu to open it.

Find your past conversations

Your support chat history is tied to your Handoff login. Open the support chat the same way as above, and your earlier conversations are available there.

If you can't find a conversation, check that you're signed in with the same email or phone number you used before. A different login shows a different history.

Chat with your Success Coach

If your plan includes a Success Coach, open Settings and select Success Coach. From there you can select Chat to message the Success Coach support team, call the support number, or email your Success Coach.

Success Coach is available on the Pro, Scale, and Business plans, but not during the onboarding trial. In the mobile app, you can also send a Text message from the same screen.

If you can't sign in

Support chat isn't available before you sign in. If you can't sign in, email [email protected]. For help signing in, see How to sign in and update your email or phone.
