To connect ABC Supply, go to Settings > Integrations & API keys, and select Connect on the ABC Supply row. Sign in on ABC Supply's site, then choose your ship-to and branch in Handoff and select Save. Handoff then uses ABC Supply products and prices for roofing, siding, and exterior materials on your estimates.
Available on all plans. You need an active ABC Supply account and permission to view Company settings. Works on desktop.
Connect your ABC Supply account
Go to Settings > Integrations & API keys.
On the Integrations tab, select Connect on the ABC Supply row.
In the Connect ABC Supply dialog, select Proceed.
Sign in and approve the connection on ABC Supply's sign-in page.
ABC Supply sends you back to Handoff. You see "ABC Supply connected." You enter your ABC Supply login on ABC Supply's site, never in Handoff.
You can also start from Settings > AI Settings > Catalogs: open the ABC Supply card and select Connect integration.
Choose your ship-to and branch
ABC Supply prices depend on the ship-to account and branch you pick, so you need access to the ones you buy from. After you connect, the Manage ABC Supply integration dialog opens.
Open the Ship-To dropdown and select your ship-to.
Open the Branch dropdown and select the branch you buy from.
Select Save.
You see "ABC Supply defaults updated." To change either one later, select Manage on the ABC Supply row and save again.
Use ABC Supply pricing on estimates
Connecting ABC Supply turns its catalog on for your company. To pause it without disconnecting, go to Settings > AI Settings > Catalogs, open the ABC Supply card, and select Disable.
Select Enable to turn it back on. The card shows Connected when it is on and Disabled when it is off.
When ABC Supply is on, Handy (Handoff's AI assistant) matches material lines on new estimates to ABC Supply products and uses the price for your branch. It works next to your default store, Home Depot or Lowe's. Check each matched product, quantity, and unit before you send a proposal.
If ABC Supply does not return a price for an item, the line shows "Call for pricing". Contact your ABC Supply branch for the price. Then tell Handy the quoted price, and it keeps the matched ABC Supply product on that line.
Disconnect ABC Supply
Go to Settings > Integrations & API keys.
Select Manage on the ABC Supply row.
Select Disconnect.
You see "ABC Supply disconnected and disabled." New estimates stop using ABC Supply pricing until you connect again.
The connection failed or the wrong branch is used
If you see "ABC Supply connection failed", confirm you can sign in on ABC Supply's site, then try Connect again.
If your ship-to or branch is missing, confirm it is set up on your ABC Supply account.
If the wrong branch prices your estimate, select Manage on the ABC Supply row, choose the right branch, and select Save.
Handoff does not change ABC Supply prices. ABC Supply confirms final price and availability.
