Handoff connects to QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Zapier, magicplan, AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, the Handoff API, and supplier catalogs. Most integrations live in Settings > Integrations & API keys, and QuickBooks has its own row.
Available on all plans, with the plan for each integration listed below. You need permission to view Company settings to see the Integrations & API keys screen. Works on desktop and in the mobile app.
Where integrations live in Settings
QuickBooks sync: a separate row in Settings, not on the integrations screen.
Integrations & API keys: one screen with two tabs. The Integrations tab lists Google Calendar, Zapier, magicplan, AI assistants (MCP), and supplier catalogs. The API keys tab is where you create Handoff API keys.
Each integration row shows Connect, or Manage once the integration is connected.
What each integration does and which plan you need
QuickBooks Online: syncs clients, estimates, invoices, and expenses with QuickBooks. Two-way sync is available on the Pro and Scale plans, and one-way sync (Handoff to QuickBooks) on the Flex and Business plans. See How QuickBooks sync works.

Tools Handoff does not connect to directly
Handoff has no direct connection to other construction management platforms. To move data between Handoff and another tool, use Zapier, the Handoff API, or a CSV export of an estimate. See How to export an estimate to CSV.
