To stop Handoff emails, go to Settings > Account settings > Notifications and turn off Email for each event type. Also set Daily summary to Off to stop the weekday email.
Available on the Flex, Pro, Scale, and Business plans. Works on desktop and in the mobile app.
Turn off the emails
Open Settings (your company logo at the bottom left on desktop, or the button at the top left in the mobile app). Select Account settings and go to Notifications.
Clear Email on each event you want to stop, and set Daily summary to Off. This changes only the emails you receive.

Emails you can't turn off
Handoff sends some messages because of something you did, and they don't have an on or off setting. These include proposals, invoices, receipts, and follow-up reminders that go to your clients. To change when follow-up reminders go out, open Settings and select Follow-up reminders.
