Create a CSI Estimate with AI
Create a new estimate and open the AI chat.
In your prompt, specify CSI organization. Example: "Create a detailed estimate for a 10,000 sq ft office TI. Organize by CSI division."
The AI groups line items into CSI divisions (e.g., Division 03 – Concrete, Division 09 – Finishes, Division 26 – Electrical).
Organizing Sections Manually
In the estimate table, tap Add Group to create a section.
Name it (e.g., "Division 03 – Concrete").
Drag line items into the correct sections.
Repeat for each division.
Exporting for Submission
Tap the three-dot options menu and select Export as PDF or Export as CSV to submit to clients or general contractors.
